本设计矿井为鸡西矿业集团滴道矿1.5Mt/a新井设计,共有4层可采煤层,分别为17#、18#、23#和34-2#层,平均总厚度8.4米,煤层倾角在16°―23°之间,煤质多数为焦煤和1/3焦煤。设计井田的工业储量163.09Mt,可采储量123.08Mt,服务年限为59a。本矿井设计采用双立井方案开拓,划分为二个水平,分别采用上下山开采,一个工作面达产。采用分组集中布置,工作面采用刮板运输机运输,运输平巷采用带式运输机,大巷采用10吨架线式电机车牵引3吨底卸式矿车运输。采煤方法为走向长壁采煤法,采煤工艺采用综合机械化采煤工艺。年工作日为330d,采用“三、八”式工作制,工作面长为230m,每刀进度为0.8m,每日割8刀。

The task of this design is to construct a 1.5million tons new shaft for Jixi Ming Administration.This mine has four minable Coal Seam,they are 17# 18# 23# and 34-2# ,and its average thickness is 8.4meters,The luff of coal sean is between16°and 23°,the quality of coal almost is coke and one third coke.The industrial reserves of design shaft is 163.09million tons.Designed field of minable capacity is123.08million tons. It can adapt for 59years.
This mine shaft is applied to double indined shaf and is divided into two level. Layout of gathing gallergand mining di This level is divided into 8 mining districts. 1 faces reach to ptoduce. With a pair of concentration, big alley is arranged, big alley adopt the wiring type generator vehicle of 10t pull the base of 3t unload type mine vehicle transportation, with tape transportation oblique alley, connect every coal seam, the method of coal mining slope the wall of coal mining to incline.
