打破常规 锐意改革 寻求突破 再续辉煌 ――临沂一中2013级高三教育教学工作会议
高三年级是高中阶段最重要的一个学年，教育教学质量直接关系到学生未来和学校发展。这一年，工作量大，压力大，责任重，意义不同寻常。为了搞好本学年的各项工作，完成学校对高三年级制定的各项教育教学目标，根据本年级的实际情况，特制定2013级高三学年工作计划。
一、指导思想
以人为本，激发潜能；戮力同心，科学备考；精雕细琢，扎实高效；打破常规，求真务实；优化过程，寻求突破。确保2016年我校高考再攀新高，再续辉煌。
二、工作方针
一种精神：和谐、生态、创新
两个发展：让每个学生得到最好的发展，让每一位老师能够最好的发展
三个团队：年级管委会为核心的年级团队、学科带头人为核心的学科团队、班主任为核心的任课教师团队
四种意识：忧患意识、目标意识、创新意识、团队意识
五种误区：学科本位淡化年级一盘棋，争抢时间挤占学生自主空间，授之以鱼代替授之以渔，简单谈话掩盖学生心理调控，强调成绩忽视班级文化建设
三、现状分析
1、师资情况：教师从年龄、性别、学历、教学能力等方面看，结构合理，优势明显。工作能力强，工作热情高。与以往相比，本届高三管委会成员和学科带头人年富力强，有思想，有干劲，能吃苦，敢创新，有号召力和战斗力。44个班级的班主任，都是学校、年级审慎挑选确定的，各有特长，吃苦耐劳，爱岗敬业，有威望，充满人格魅力，方法灵活。
2、学生情况：共2980人，择校生1420人，正榜生1560人。经过高中两年的学习，已经取得了部分优异成绩，喜讯连连。生

高考实用工具急！！！跪求：高三一轮复习，用什么练习册好？我是辽宁的，现在学校在进行高三一轮复习，想买数学，生物，化学，物理的练习册，课后做一做巩固一下基础，想要分章节的，不要讲义，只要全是练习题的。不要专题形式，要根课本走的那种总复习。但不知道哪个练习册好一点。大家推荐一下啦，帮帮忙，拜托。要具体书名。
这个有点难度啊，兄弟！我当时先做的是专题，感觉也不太好。后来我就是把学校的资料做好的，还有啊，上课复习一定要听，真的很有用。还有，不要盲目做新题，要经常把做错的题目常常看看，这是血的教训。如果非要按你说的推荐，你可以买一本带讲义的一轮复习资料，不看讲义只做题就行了……我们用的叫《名师伴你行》。最后，高三最重要的是坚持，对自己有信心，相信你可以！加油！有问题可以回复我，不一定马上就回，但看到之后一定会回的
