妈妈叫我不要去抠，我也没抠，昨天洗澡的时候发现一边掉了，另一边的乳头也快掉了。这样的情况持续很久了，我习惯性的晚上睡觉都要穿着胸罩睡，穿的跟运动背心差不多。妈妈也没让去医院检查。我一直担心会是乳腺癌之类的事，有没有最简单的方法可以自己治疗？
