一 、儿童生长发育规律
经过母亲十月怀胎 的艰 辛 ，一个柔软却有着顽强生命力 的
小生命终于 降临到 了人世 间，并且他 的身体会处于不断生长发
育的动态变化 中，与成人有着不 同的生理特 点 。孩子 的生长发
育 的一般规律 如下：
先上后下 ：先会抬头 ，后抬胸 ，再会站立行走 。
由近 到远 ：先是臀 、腿活动 ，后是手 、脚 活动 ，即协
调运动先 出现于近躯干 的肌 肉群 ，然后发展远躯干 的肌 肉群 。
从粗 到细 ：手拿物 品先用全 掌 “大把抓 ” ，逐渐 发展
到能用手指尖取物 。
由简单到复杂 ：先画线条 ，进而能画圆、画人 。
由初 级到高级 ：先 学会观看 和感觉事物 ，认识事 物 ，
再发展到记忆 、思维 、分析 、判断 。
二 、体格生长 的常用指标
体重 、身长 、头 围、胸 围、颅骨和牙齿是检测孩子体格发
育的常用指标 。
体重 ：新生儿出生时一般体重为
