【ɑ:r】完全是你的chinglish思想.我明白你的意思r指的是儿化音.但r这个音标不是儿化的“儿”,而是right的类似于汉语拼音“ru”的发音,字母R怎么可能读成【啊如】呢?关于儿化的问题,这是美语与英式英语的一个显著区别.美国人读【a:】习惯带儿化音,这没有什么关系.如同汉语北方人说话儿化重,而南方人说话基本没有儿化一样.比方北方人习惯说“小孩（儿）”,而南方人只说“小孩”.现在世界上比较流行美语,所以儿化明显.如你听单词sure,美语音和英音有着十分明显的区别.

没这种说法,按语音课老师的说法应该是i的发音口型介于长元音i:和e之间 英语当中的所有音素都是不同的/i/的发音与/e/发音有较大不同/i/ 双唇微张,并且微笑,舌尖抵住下齿,舌尖微微挑起,短促有力,牙床不需要太紧张,他的发音与/e/倒不是很像,和/ə/倒有几分相似/e/ 双唇张口较于/i/来说更大,没有微笑,舌尖顶住下齿龈,下巴不动 发音类似汉语拼音/ie/的后半部分对于/i/ /e/ /æ/ /a:/分不清楚的同学记住下面的口诀/i/要微笑,张口度20%/e/要不变,张口度50%/æ/要咬人,张口度80%/a:/要靠后,张口度100%
