The NaK_α counting rate curves during sodium deposition andthe secondary electron image at the deposition point as well as NaK_αX-ray scanning ima-ge at the surface of samples after sodium deposition are given.

Crack in wheel making were studied, by using the electron prob micro-analyzer EPM-810Q and EDAX PV-9100, the secondary electron image of crack was observed. At the same time, X-ray area scanning and quanti-tatiue microanalysis for silicon, surphor phosphorus and manganese in the microporphyritic inclutions were conducted.
本文研究了用EPM-810Q电子探针和PV9100型能谱仪对机床齿轮加工中呈现的裂缝断口进行了二次电子图像观察,同时对微区夹杂物中Si、S、Mn、P元素进行了X射线的面扫描及微区点的定量计算。
Combined with material chemical analysis, hardness and microhardness analyses, the various methods of electron scanning and microprobe,such as back-scattered electron images (composition,topography), secondary electron image,Y-modulation,point and area X-ray analyses,can provide a scientific basis for accurately analyzing wear-resistant materials and reference materials for optimizing its micro fine constitution.

In combination with the quality inspection work during the process of industical production of WC
Ni cemented carbide and by using secondary electronic image (SEI),backscattering electronic image and X
ray characteristic scanning image,the rupture behaviour of the alloy has been observed and analysed and the factors affecting decrease of the rupture strength of the alloy have been also discussed.

Cemented carbide,WC-Co-Ni,produced in China was investigated systematically by means of microprobe,JCXA-733,as well as X-ray diffration meter. The fractography, microstructure, cracks, inalusions of WC -Co-Ni were examioed. THe relationship between rupture strength and microstucture was also discussed.
