通世路卡口堪称“超速百慕大” 全年抓拍2697起

  胶东在线网3月2日讯(记者 侯嘉伟 通讯员 袁圣凯 蒋楠)最近,有市民向交警反映,自己有好多次超速违法都是在惠安小区附近的那个急转弯卡口,但自己每次走到那里都减速了,为啥还是超速?交警在征集网上反馈后发现,确实有很多人在这个卡口多次违法,甚至有网友调侃此处为烟台的&超速百慕大&!原来,通世南路隧道急转弯卡口限速40KM/小时,也是市区所有限速隧道限速最低的。
  惠安小区通世路卡口位于一处急转弯道路,弯道接近90度,很多第一次经过此路口的驾驶员们都会&心惊胆战&,其实,这个路口之所以限速40KM/小时,是因为之前未限速时,经常因超速发生交通事故,但在限速之后,事故数下降了80%,所以民警表示,该处限速是非常有必要的,这也得到了绝大数驾驶员朋友的理解。
  但仍有部分司机置自己与他人的安全于不顾,屡屡在此超速,据市公安局交警支队科技科统计,惠安小区通世路卡口全年抓拍超速违法行为竟达2697起,超速50%以上的严重违法行为更是多达273起,要知道,超速50%以上的违法行为不但要一次性记满12分,而且还要进行为期七天的理论学习并重新考试。
  记者看到,在通世路隧道北侧的惠安路口信号灯杆上,以及进入道路后十几米处的路西侧等处都有40KM/小时的限速标志,在由南向北出了隧道后同样也设有相关的限速标志,但即使如此,每年还是有不少驾驶员在此处超速,交警分析抓拍的违法数据发现,超速10&20%的有862次,超速20---50%的有1562次,超速50%以上的竟然有273次!从时间上看,7:00&12:00、13:30&20:00两个时间段的超速现象并不多见,但是5:00&7:00、12:00&13:30、20:00以后这三个时间段的超速现象却明显增多。
  &应该是在白天车多的时候大家都能自觉地排队提前减速,有不注意限速标志或是一时忘记限速的驾驶员,也会随着大家一起减速有序通行,而在上述三个时间段之所以会出现违法超速增多现象的原因,主要还是通行这里的驾驶员安全防范意识较差、不注意观察道路情况、对道路交通不熟悉等造成的。&交警认为。
  交警提醒,道路的限速标准都是经过交警部门反复论证,征求市民意见后,按照国家规定设置的,超速是对自己及他人生命的不负责任,极易造成严重交通事故,我们身边已经有许多血的教训,在这里,希望广大驾驶员朋友能严格按照限速标志行驶,同时注意保持安全车距,确保行车安全。
