RT8206 RT8205 RT8210这些芯片是良品率低还是对焊接温度有很高要求呀？怎么我一焊这种芯片，通常都要换好几个才能好？？蛋疼，你们都是怎么焊的？6 C3 X- t$ h( G1 V

好像有点歪楼了，发贴主要是想问大家这芯片是不是坏得很多（良品率低）！！！！或者容易被吹坏（相对别的QFN封装芯片）

温度不宜过高，一般在350左右。烙铁不同温度也不一样。会不会是楼主运气不好，换到坏的了。这芯片很爱坏的。

风枪的作用只是将芯片焊锡融化对位，然后用又尖又扁的烙铁头补焊。刚焊接2个16PIN的RT8202A都成功了，关键是不能急躁，有条不紊，不乱来。

风枪的作用只是将芯片焊锡融化对位，然后用又尖又扁的烙铁头补焊。刚焊接2个16PIN的RT8202A都成功了，关键 ...
今天换的是华硕的QFN，直接吹上去的，感觉也没怎么吹，一般都是化了对位几秒就抬高了！如果发现不正，稍微冷却再对第二次，如此反复只到对准！感觉也没吹太久，一般对位都是几秒的事！就是可能温度高了点，白光801风枪7档半（全部8档，据说是420度），也不知道多少度，反正平时都用这个温度焊别的QFN都没事！~我师傅焊接都用450度来搞！4 f: a5 q$ ~' {&&Z' {% M( S
焊完芯片也没见爆，也没短路！LDO，ref都有，EN有了就是G极不出脉冲！蛋疼！

怎样才叫控制好呀，焊这个必须控制得很精确吗？？？搞不懂呀，一般我都不会连续吹太久的（锡化后再吹个5-6秒）

如果不用烙铁补焊，我一次吹成功的几乎没有，那对焊盘和芯片引脚处理的要求太高。

把芯片拆下来后，不要拖掉焊盘上的锡，就可以直接吹上去，如果拖掉就很难了！！

可能是，，但是到底要怎么焊？感觉也没吹久就坏了，是不是太脆弱了！

这个芯片我一般都开到360左右。一般都没有坏过啊。楼主最好是把新的芯片上面点上焊锡。这样吹的时候就很块可以接触好。不要过于吹太久就不会坏啦

没有吹太久呀，不过就是温度可能有点高，400度左右！而且焊别的QFN没事，就焊这种RT的不行！！！是不是这个比别的容易坏？

还有太久是指多久，能不能给个大概的时间？？比如锡化后可以吹多少时间

取下芯片后千万不要去拖焊盘，用风枪把焊盘吹融后，再把芯片放到焊盘上就好了，记住要对准焊盘。
