Last month actress Ariel Winter, best known for her role as Alex on the hit TV show Modern Family, admitted that she has had a breast reduction. Winter has shown a light on a common plastic surgery procedure that straddles the distinction often drawn between “reconstructive” and “cosmetic” surgeries. Winter transformed “overnight” from a flat chested adolescent to one with size F breasts around the age of 15. As in Winter’s case, this scenario often occurs against a backdrop of a family history of female relatives who have large breasts. However in Winter’s case, the sudden development of her breasts appeared even more dramatic given her petite 5+ stature. This had an impact on her career as an actress, because she was no longer considered to play younger roles once her breasts developed.

On Saturday August 22nd, Radio K1230 held their “Summer Night Concert” at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre of Los Angeles. The pop concert featured three popular Korean music artists: Dong Mool Won, Yeo-Hang Sketch, and Park Hak Ki. Over a thousand people attended the sold out event. The artists played some of their biggest hits from the past, taking the crowd along a journey down memory lane.
Wave Plastic Surgery Center was one of the many sponsors of the event. Before the show started, the concert host held a special giveaway competition on stage. Concert goers were awarded autographed copies of the artists’ albums for answering questions correctly. The host asked the crowd “Who is the largest plastic surgery center in Koreatown with the most years of experience, highest level of technology, and is known to be an industry leader in developing innovative techniques?” Members of the crowd eagerly shouted out “Wave Plastic Surgery Center” in response. The host awarded the first guest that answered correctly with an autographed CD and then went on to explain that Wave Plastic Surgery Center is the Top Ultherapy practice in the US for five straight years and the #1 Ultherapy provider in the world in 2015. Floor banners displaying Ultherapy before and after images were set up around the venue space to show concert goers the amazing results.
Concert goers went home in a cheerful mood after a night singing along to nostalgic hit songs, prize giveaways, and for some – a new found hope of restoring their once youthful looks with the help of Wave Plastic Surgery Center.

在KARA向我講述她的經歷前，我完全沒有辦法將像眼前這個美麗且有氣質的女人和一個曾經的乳癌患者聯繫在一起。就這樣，沒有過多的開場白在WAVE整形外科LA 的咨詢室里她微笑著、平靜的跟我講述了三年來她的經歷。有淚水有感恩有喜悅， 原來美麗真的有種不動聲色的力量。
“你看的出嗎？我今年43歲了。”她微笑著問我。 3年前我被診斷出患有3期乳癌，醫生告訴我癌細胞已經擴散到了腋下淋巴結。我的這種情況治愈希望非常渺茫，治愈的機會只有三分之二， 我沒有多少時間了。那天在開車回家的路上春天溫暖的陽光照在身上暖洋洋的，我突然想到我也許明年的春天我已經不在了霎時間一種悲涼席捲而來。我女兒只有15個月大啊，一想到她將在缺少母親的陪伴下長大我都痛苦的不能自已。也就是從那天起，我正式踏上了我的抗癌路程。
原本醫生計劃讓我接受20次的化療，但是由於化療的副作用帶給我的神經損傷讓我的化療不得不停止在第18次另覓其他的治療方法。我的身體越來越虛弱連幫女兒梳頭系扣子這種日常的小事都變得力不從心。
我知道乳癌的復發率是很高的，為了杜絕這種可能性經過再三的考慮我做的切除乳房的決定。至今我還清楚的記得手術哪天情形，在我被推入手術間后我聽到一個聲音說“吸氣”然後一個氧氣罩放在了我的臉上。接著我陷入了一片黑暗，當我醒來時我的胸部已經被移除了，我不知道我該怎麼形容我那一刻的感受。在接受乳房切除的手術之後一年多的時間里。我又接受了先後4次手術和30次的放射性治療，放射性治療讓我的胳膊多處出現燙傷每一次的治療都像是從死亡線上走了一回。原本我以為我的劫難到此應該結束了，但是這僅僅只是一個開始。我的醫生要求我做一個基因測試，測試結果顯示我的癌症復發罹患卵巢癌的幾率非常高。 我不得不經歷一個卵巢切除手術，也就是說在這一生我永遠的失去了再次做媽媽的權利。
卵巢切除后的一天我不得不待在停車場5個小時，雖然停車場離家只有十分鐘的路程但是 疼痛讓我沒有辦法移動。第二天一早我就被送進了急診室，是之前的手術出現了併發症引起了大出血。那時候我女兒已經多少明白了發生什麼事，她乖巧的把一條毯子蓋在我的身上用稚嫩的娃娃音問我“媽媽你受傷了嗎？”。那一刻我的淚水決堤而出我決心盡快好起來，不讓她看到虛弱的樣子而為我難過。
在這之後日子裡我用比以往更加積極的態度去面對一切，我以讓周圍人驚訝的速度康復著。我堅信我可以康復，回到過去重新做回一個妻子和母親。但是時光真的可以倒流嗎？我真的可以回到過去嗎？三年的抗癌經歷讓我原本濃密的頭髮變得稀疏，身體多處地方留下了不可磨滅的疤痕。我看上去蒼老了10歲，我幾乎不照鏡子，我不願承認鏡子里那個蒼老憔悴的人是我，作為一個女人每次看到鏡子里的自己我都非常的沮喪。幸好有我的家人在一旁不斷的支持和鼓勵，我決定找回失去的精力和青春做為對自己抗癌成功的獎勵。
我花了很多精力做了很多研究希望可以找到一位可以信賴的整形醫生幫助我實現願望，輾轉中和WAVE 整形外科Dr. Peter Lee的一次會面徹底改變了我今後的生活。

Como se hace una lipo-laser?

Después de aplicada la anestesia se realizará una peque?a incisión para introducir el láser y comenzar a realizar movimientos hasta que se disminuya el volumen de grasa en la zona.
