Xintang Town has been entitled as "China Famous Town of Denim Garment", "China Famous Green Town", "China Top Ten Harmonious Small Towns", "China Best Town for Private Enterprise Development Environment", "China Most Potential Town for Development", "Professional Town for Denim Textile and Garment Technology Innovation in Guangdong Province", "China Top 100 Industrial Clusters - Denim Garment Industry Cluster", and "First Batch of Provincial Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrade Professional Exemplary Bases". "World denim garment highlights China, and China's denim garment focuses on Xintang", the title of "Xintang denim garment" is renowned both at home and abroad. Currently, Xintang Town has more than 1000 denim brands registered at home and abroad, to create a variety of casual denim garment brands and enterprises including VIGOSS, HITWON CONSHING, ZENGZHI, KANGWEI, J&E, Pd, U style. Of which, there are two enterprises with national famous trademarks, four enterprises with Guangdong provincial famous trademarks, six enterprises with Guangzhou municipal famous trademarks, three famous garment enterprises in Guangdong Province, and three enterprises ranking Guangzhou municipal Top 100 private enterprises.&At the same time, Xintang Town encourages the enterprises to cultivate and develop products with independent intellectual property rights. The patent application and approval have increased annually. In the past three years, there are more than 300 cumulative patents for the whole town, including inventive patents accounting for about 20%, appearance design patents accounting for about 70%, and practical technology patents accounting for about 10%. The technological content and level of products have been significantly improved, to break through the traditional sample processing mode, and lay a good foundation of intellectual property to create the products with design as core competitiveness of export.According to the statistics, Xintang Town has more than 5,000 industrial and commercial enterprises, including more than 3,900 denim textile and garment enterprises. It is the place with over 60% of denim garments in China. The products are exported to Russia, United States, European Union, Hong Kong and dozens of countries and regions. Xintang Town becomes the largest gathering area for production and export of denim garment in China, to firmly grasp the trend of denim garment, and thus developing into the vane of denim garment in China.Currently, Xintang Town has nearly 1,000 denim textile and garment registered trademarks, and the number of enterprises, practitioners, garment output and industrial chain completeness are the highest in the whole country. With the ever changing evolution of Menswear, many people are commonly left out of the equation or feel displaced by current trends. A lot of high-end menswear brands are dedicated to bringing a product to a customer base that particularly serves one body type &#8211; the “average” male body. The average American male is about 5’7” &#” with a waist size of about 32-34. However, there is a whole array of different guys who want and crave high-end menswear, but simply cannot fit into it. So how does, for example, a body-builder who is constantly working on building their body find an “in” into the menswear world, despite their muscular legs? UBi-IND has the answer.
Ubiquitous Industries (UBi-IND) began back in 1999, but has been recently picking up a lot of hype as their new line is about to come out in spring. With the brand being carried in stores (such as: , AB Fits, Portland Dry Goods, Standard and Strange, as well as others), they have already seen a really huge demand for jeans that aren’t made with the standard sizing scale seen in high quality jeans today. The brand’s president, Ubi Simpson, set out with the mission to bring jeans to the guys who are constantly left out of the equation. “You should never have to sacrifice style for size,” says President of UBi-IND, Ubi Simpson, and he has truly taken this to heart with jeans that he makes entirely in the USA.
The Product
While some raw denim enthusiasts like the challenge of tight and constricting jeans, some prefer to look good and feel good at the same time. UBi-IND is completely changing the game by offering jeans that begin sizing at 28 and end at 46 &#8211; an unheard of extremity in the denim world. With each change in waist size, the measurement along the backside and leg do not follow a standard scaling measurement. In order for jeans to keep their proper silhouette and form, each fit and associated sizing are made to compliment the type of body that would be wearing them. An athlete, for example, might have very large legs, but an smaller waist. This commonly leaves them out of the equation, and UBi-IND targets this type of individual.
The creative minds behind UBi-IND have tackled all of the common complaints felt by thousands of discounted men. “Size matters,” says Ubi Simpson, “and we realized that you need to accommodate that guy who might have a larger backside or just larger thighs, and still wants to have a stylish, fitted jean.” A guy with a larger frame is often left with very few choices when it comes to jeans &#8211; relaxed or loose fit jeans. The same is true for guys who are taller or just have different portioned legs, who often have to size up just to find jeans that cover their long or muscular legs. That’s why UBi-IND Jeans even come with different inseam lengths with each of their fits. Now, menswear can extend to those who feel their bodies do not fit into the “accepted mold” that some denim brands cater to.
There are five different fits available from UBi-IND: R-1 Relaxed Fit, C-1 Classic Fit, A-1 Athletic Fit, MSL-1 Modern Slim Leg, and the F-1 Flex Fit. Each fit is made to allow someone who is size 40 to wear the same style of jean as someone who size 32.
Each jean is completely handmade in the USA. UBi-IND Jeans are made the best denim available in the USA &#8211; Cone White Oak Denim, which is made from the White Oak Mill in Greensboro North Carolina. All rivets, zippers, and buttons are made entirely of YKK US Steel. The pockets and yoke are reinforced in order to prevent blow-outs and holes.
