推荐你关注一个微博：，定期会放出一些图书翻译项目的片段，能够很清楚地看出译作从初稿、一校、二校、三校……一直到定稿的修订过程。希望对你有帮助。另外我不同意 @CindySSS 的答案。你可以找到完美英文，但是却很难找到完美翻译。更不要说是大量的完美翻译作品。一部优秀译作，大部分的内容都是对的，但难保没有硬伤，初学者即便中英对照着看，也是没有识别能力的。进行翻译训练的最好方法就是组团，你帮别人改，别人帮你改，最后总能学到东西。另外，翻译训练做多了，就会开始变得敏感起来，甚至一处翻译错误，只看中文，就知道英文是什么，为什么会翻译错。

译言网。另外我部分不同意CindySSS老师的观点，翻译在很多的时候需要的不仅仅是辨认真假和好坏，还要有改错为对、改坏为好的能力。古玩店的伙计看多了张大千，自能看出哪张张大千是假的，这个没错。可是这个伙计永远也画不出张大千——他也不需要画出张大千。可是翻译不同，比如在协同翻译、编辑、校对等工作中，大量需要的就是“改错”的技能。如果不加训练也是无法掌握这种技能的。
外行人说句话啊，翻译这个活儿，不仅仅要求懂英语，更要求对汉语的把握，翻译过来之后要便于阅读。不要一股浓浓的翻译腔。所以我觉得做翻译的首要任务是要知道汉语怎样表达会让人更容易接受。
很多笔译教程多会收录作者多年积累的教学/翻译案例并给出参考修改文本的吧
