你好，业余，函授，脱产都是成人继续教育的一种上课形式，业余是利用晚上和周日上课的，上课量比较多，函授是集中寒暑假15-20天全天上课的，脱产是全日制的，现在比较少，没有几家有脱产的学习形式了，这三种形式虽然脱产的比较好，但在工作的不可能放弃工作去读全日制的，而且读完出来还是发成人教育的毕业证书，在职人员读业余的就可以了，但你上班时间也太长了，12个时，你是做什么呢？

我们这边一般选择业余的，学习形式有结合你的时间来选择，业余有晚上上课和周日上课，如果你晚上没时间，周日有时间那你就报业余的，或你从新找过有晚上和周日时间的公司，有的学校也是没怎么上课，你选择学习形式就看你自己选择了。
不建议你跳级，因为高三大部分是复习，不学新课，所以你可能挺难跟上的，成人高考可以考虑，但是会增加将来的工作负担（因为我有同事考过，如果不是全天候学习，只凭下班回来的一点时间不能避免挂科）
建议还是读电大或是成人高考吗？这个难度小点也比较现实，
