在我的电脑上可以找到ipod 的磁盘。对了！安装时我不重启，因为在网吧如果重启了就还原了。所以我不重启，请问这是怎么回事？高手解下！谢了！
昨天我也是，touch连接iTunes找不到设备，但是有磁盘显示，于是我就重启了，然后就好了，因为说明书上就说如果找不到设备就重启电脑，我是用自己电脑的，所以还好，你这就不好弄了啊

可能和你要的结果不符我的nano3是同步不了照片 后来在网上找到了解决办法 刚刚试的 成功了觉得这个方法很简单 但是我是翻了很久才找到的你试试吧 管用不管用我就不知道了首先，IPOD硬件并没有坏，这你可以放心。出现这个问题是因为你的操作系统的对外接口与IPOD不是很兼容，你可以换个Windows版本试试。当然，不换操作系统也可以解决：1.先将所有与IPOD有关的进程关掉。（在任务管理器中一一关闭，看名字就看得出来进程是不是与APPLE IPod有关，实在不会，BAIDU）2.将IPOD连接到电脑上，这个时候，ITUNES是不会自动打开的，而是会有个新的盘符出现（就像U盘），而在那些与IPOD有关的进程开着时，这个盘符是不会出现的。3.打开盘符，新建一个文本文档，打开这个文档。(一直打开着）4.打开Itune，接下来。。。一切OK5.操作完毕，关闭文档。OVER。
