我按了人工转接 说我家户主在不在 我说不在

我也经常接到此类电话，显示的号码是境外的电话卡，是诈骗电话，你不用理他就可以了。

你的卡可能是出市就不能打的或者是你自己在手机上设置了，你不知道，改过来就可以了还有个可能是你手机钱不够，只能听不能打，这跟出不长途没关系
一般来说有两种可能：一是你使用了禁止拨打长途或者漫游功能，可以打运营商客服电话转人工台让她给你开通。二是你的手机装了安全或者来电通之类的软件，在软件中禁止了长途或者漫游，更改设置即可。
